We are looking for a Junior UX/UI designer to join our product team. In this role you will help to do research, create user journeys, and design solutions to create incredible user experiences for professional apps in different industries (mainly fintech and legaltech)

Responsibilities
As a junior designer in our company you can expect the following responsibilities in your day to day work:* Translate business requirements and user research findings into elegant solutions for complex product problems* Think through user personas to help produce storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and mockups that define the user experience on both retail and institutional products* Create prototypes that showcase design concepts and sustainable interaction patterns* Finalize UI designs with all the required graphic elements, and prepare the assets for the development team* Create simple marketing materials that support the business development work * Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to ensure a high-quality implementation of designs
Requirements
* Knowledge in user-centric UI/UX and design principles* Experience with wireframing and UI creation tools (Sketch or equivalents)* Knowledge in graphic design and related tools (Photoshop, etc)* Ability to work in groups and communicate effectively* Responsible, autonomous, and goal driven. Able to take ownership of your work and deliver on time. * Research and learning capabilities. Blockchain space is very new and is evolving very fast. Staying on the * trends is key, to help us to make the right decisions.* At least medium English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional experience in UX/UI in previous jobs or internships is a plus* Strong sensibilities in typography, motion, interactive and mobile design* Agile, scrum methodologies knowledge and/or experience* Understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript* Basic video editing knowledge* Distributed Ledger Technology and Dapp development experience is welcome* Strong organizational, communication and conceptual thinking skills as well as attention to detail* Team player and self-starter with a passion for design and finding smart solutions to complex problems* Has a collaborative mindset with strong point of view paired with a healthy dose of humility Offer You already know what we are searching for.
