We are looking for a UX/UI Designer Trainee to manage all quality related activities within the assigned projects (for design and development phase). As part of the UX/UI team you will have the opportunity to learn and participate to many exciting projects by designing icons, illustrations, improving online flows, among others.
Main functions that you will be doing in your day by day:
- Assisting and work with the design team on the different projects.- Designing and improving UIs and interactions for web applications, mobile and IoT devices.- Elaborating wireframes and propose UIs.- Creating beautiful assets for different marketing and sales touchpoints (brochures, social media posts, short promotion videos).- Producing assets and design specifications that will help engineers to implement the proposals.- Creating UX documentation, such as information architecture, journey maps, user personas and wireframes.-Implementing design systems and pattern libraries.
Requirements:- Knowledge on XD/ Illustrator /Photoshop, pencil and paper.- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.- Strong quality focus.- Good communication skills (both written and spoken).- Strong written, verbal, and/or visual communication skills.
