- Successfully completed university degree in Design/Interface Design or a related degree- Multiple years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer for native apps (iOS, Android) and responsive web applications- Excellent knowledge and routine handling of common design/wire framing and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure, InVision)- Experience in the specification of UI design patterns- A good eye for the creative nuances of screen designs- Outstanding knowledge of user experience/usability in mobile commerce- Good knowledge of HTML & CSS, ideally JavaScript as well- Very good communication skills and an independent, results-oriented style of work- A pronounced sense of quality and enjoyment solving complex problems- Experience in agile product development (Scrum or Kanban)- Very good English skills

Acerca de la posición

As a UX/UI Designer (m/f) for the MYTOYS GROUP, you are responsible for the appearance and development of our mobile apps, as well as for our responsive shops. You accompany the development of our shops and apps throughout their complete life cycle: from the conceptualization of a new feature, to the realisation and continuous improvement. You design user interfaces based on your UX-knowledge of various devices and are responsible for the final screen design. To this end, you work in interdisciplinary and multi distributed teams and maintain close collaboration with web analytics, product owners and the IT itself. You meet these daily challenges with your skill and sense of humour and help to ensure that we continuously improve the shopping experience of our customers. You will be located in Madrid.
