UX/UI Designer

Aegon Seguros is working on a UX Redesign of their current site: https://www.aegon.es/.

The current problem we’re facing is that we do not know our customers and we don’t have a platform design and built for today’s ever changing landscape. We are a company that has invested in digital, is transitioning into producing quality content and creating products that we hope is seen as visionary in Spain.

Our product offering consists of health and life insurance and savings and investments. We know that these are complex and sometimes frustrating processes to understand and to even talk about, so we would like to make sure that we are able to educate, inform and offer products and services to our customers based on understanding their needs and wants throughout their lifecycle.

The role of the UX/UI designer is being able to work closely alongside the head of UX to understand the customers of Spain. We require an experienced designer who can jump into project management and can lead the project into execution.

While understanding and producing content for our customer, we also need to not forget about the business. Understanding the business is just as important as the customer so being able to help facilitate stakeholder workshops/interviews, operational workshops and collaborating with key team members is a must.

Working closely with other teams to understand their roles and responsibilities and gather key information is critical.
