UX Writer & Product Content

At Badi, we are looking for a talented UX Writer / Product Content who is willing to join a young and passionate team with the goal of reshaping the real estate market worldwide! If you are up for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment where agile execution and resiliency are of great importance, then this is the job for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Write and contribute to the user experience for a wide variety of product needs, including new app -features on cross-platform workflows, interactions and UI, user onboarding, product guides, transactional emails, landing pages, product launches, help articles, error messaging and more.- Use your expert understanding of how copy affects user experience to produce content that makes our product straight-forward and easy to understand and use. - Ensure brand voice is present in every digital touchpoint across all platforms.- Responsible for all written product elements in Spanish and English.- Manage and coordinate all translations (with in-house members, freelancers or with a translation service depending on the language) and make sure that all deliverables are on time. - Help to establish and enforce united product narratives across all platforms.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

- High proficiency in English and Spanish (grammar, spelling and vocabulary).- A solid experience with digital products and UX writing.- Apply creativity and innovative thinking.- Understand the difference between UX copywriting and content design.- Capable to adapt writing tone and style according to the overall brand voice.- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends.- Be motivated and inspiring; always pushing for continuous improvement and innovation.

BONUS SKILLS:

- Experience in UX research.- Other languages like French, German or Italian (apart from English and Spanish) are a plus.
