Nacar is a Strategic Design Agency based in Barcelona with an agile and international team of over 50 creative professionals. We work with all-size clients from across multiple sectors establishing solutions and product strategies that apply to Industrial, Digital, Brand and Service Design. We would like to meet UX-professionals who decided to give their career a twist towards a managerial role. Initially, you will give support to a small team of UX- professionals, who work autonomously on different projects. You keep track of each team member's activities, making sure that they “do the right things” and on the right time. You facilitate activities to make our UXs grow professionally. You are intrinsically motivated by great organization, team-performance and process-quality. You understand that this is a coordinator and facilitator role, not a designer or lead role.
