UX Lead

We are looking for an UX Lead to work in an international company with subsidiaries in Barcelona.

You may be an UX specialist, able to communicate efficiently and transmit passion, energy and trust when working and managing teams.

You will contribute to understand, analyse, conceptualise, design, execute and manage UX/UI international projects within a multicultural corporation.

You will be in charge of a small team of UX/UI designers and external providers, and will be disposal to travel when necessary.

Must have a wide experience in UX design and have successfully applied them in real projects of digital solutions.

Work with product managers, designers and developers, to assess project needs and develop appropriate plans to support their objectives.

We will value experience in innovation methodologies and disciplines (Design Thinking, Research, etc.).

Your responsibilities will include:• Lead, manage, design and execute UX projects, as well as manage local UX/UI designers and external providers, being in coordination with international teams• Integrate company strategic goals into digital solutions • Estimate UX effort and resources needed within the different projects• Be in charge of workflows, sketches, prototypes, wireframes, visualisations created by the team or by yourself, assess their quality and control deliverables• Apply agile methodologies (SCRUM and/or Kanban metrics) to projects’ performance• Realize project follow up and reporting• Communicate and spread UX evangelization within the company as a culture of developing user experience solutions

Skills required:• Degree in design, communication, psychology, engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience• Senior experience demonstrable as an UXer (producing user’s journeys, personas, information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, user research and testing…)• Expert in interaction design (UX), mastering design tools as the Adobe Suite, Sketch, Invision, Zepplin… • Both High English and Spanish Speaking language skills will be a requirement• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in English and Spanish• Motivating and efficient team leader• Leadership, resilience, flexibility to fast changes• Proactivity and initiative to understanding requirements and propose appropriate and new solutions• Impeccable design aesthetic, attention to detail and comfort using data and customer insights to influence design direction• Problem solver attitude

Skills evaluated:• French language will be evaluated (as a plus)• Openness to other disciplines such as product design or programming (HTML / CSS / JS)• Business orientation• Facilitation of creative sessions and experience in innovation methodologies • Market trends analysis and research.
