UX Designer/Researcher

We are looking for a UX Designer/ Researcher to work in an international company with subsidiaries in Barcelona.

You may be an UX specialist, able to communicate efficiently and transmit passion, energy and trust when working.

You will contribute to understand, analyse, conceptualise, design, and execute UX/UI international projects within a multicultural corporation.

Must have a wide experience in UX design and have successfully applied them in real projects.

Your responsibilities will include:• Create engaging, easy-to-use mobile web and desktop design solutions that address business and consumer needs.• Participate in user research activities and usability studies to be able to iterate design solutions based on customer data.• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product ideation.• Embrace collaborative approaches to design. Work closely with product management, user research and engineers throughout design, and implementation cycles.• Produce concept models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.• Drive UX vision in alignment with product roadmaps.• Leverage research insights (both qualitative and quantitative), trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the product experience. Connect decisions to desired business goals and outcomes.Skills required• Professional experience on web, mobile and/or software applications.• Conceptualization and product definition• Solid knowledge of wireframing tools (Axure, Justinmind, UXPin…), UX/UI design (Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping (InVision).• Experience on UX and Usability activities: Heuristic test, definition of information architectures, card sorting, mockups, wireframing and interaction… design. Contextual interviews and user testing.• Creation of Mind maps, Workflows, Functional maps, technical requirement specifications…• Experience on Customer Experience Services and Service Design Thinking techniques (customer journey maps, idea generation, expectation maps, agile development, storyboards...)• Experience using analytics data to inform decisions.• Strong organizational and presentation skills.• English speaker with good written, verbal, and presentation abilities.Skills evaluated• Team player with a positive attitude.• Openess to other disciplines such as product design or programming (HTML/CSS/JS)• Facilitation of creative sessions• Business orientation• Windows/Mac indistinctly.Some disciplines we’re interested on: User Experience, Usability testing, Heuristic Evaluation, User-centered Design, Focus groups, Accesibility, Persona, User scenarios, Information Architecture, Information design, Wireframes, Interaction design, Prototyping, Design Thinking
