UX DESIGNER

Zinc is currently looking for a UX DESIGNER with 2-4 years of experience to design solutions for digital products, such as web & mobile apps, but also products synced with physical devices (such as wearable & IoT).

We are looking for a very motivated designer that can work in the design process from the early stage until the end of a project. We need a passionate and enthusiastic person who can make a positive contribution to our team!

Someone with creative skills, with a keen eye for all those small details that make a big difference and ready to deliver the highest possible service. This position would ideally suit someone that wishes to grow as a UX designer in a happy, dynamic and emerging company that is working on a broad range of fascinating projects with international clients.

This position will start as a temporary role but will move to a permanent position depending on work quality, experience, skills and fit in Zinc.

Requirements• Knowledge and passion for user-centric design that meets both user and business objectives • Knowledge and passion for UX phases (research, understand, define, design, iterate, test, implement)• Knowledge and passion for UX methodologies and usability guidelines across different devices• Knowledge and passion for IA, user flows, scenarios, personas, etc.• Knowledge and passion for Interaction design• Knowledge and passion for Sketching & Wireframing• Knowledge of responsiveness • Heavy use of wireframing tools (Balsamic, Axure, Sketch, etc.)• Ability to work in a team or individual• Strong English skills (verbal and written)• Will to learn from your colleagues and vice versa

Nice to have • Experience in User Research and Marketing Analysis• Knowledge of at least one prototyping tool (InVision, Proto.io, etc.)• Experience with usability testing sessions• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
