Responsibilities
C14TORCE is hiring a UX Designer for our Barcelona office.
As UX, you should be an analytical and empathic designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems through design solutions. A portfolio of successful UX designs and other technical projects you feel proud about is essential.
Ultimately, you will make our products more user-friendly, loveable and intuitive to our customers and clients. As UX you should be able to positive enhance user experiences by creating seamless navigations through various digital environments and interfaces within the company
You should be able to design solid architectures, flows and navigation systems, journeys and a range of alternatives and solutions, wireframes, hierarchies, transitions, animations, prototypes and tests all over different devices and scenarios. You have the skills to convey your design decisions with other designers, leads, stakeholders and developers. Attention to detail and critical thinking is a must. Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork.
As UX designer you will have to work with researchers, stakeholders and personas in order to be able to help the team to identify the best possible methods, outcomes and findings during the project and make them tangible in the final solutions. Be able to help to prioritize your task and accomplish the established deadlines.
Experience and flexibility into the agile and design sprints approach working closely with developers teams.
UI and visual skills will be a plus.
You are a design thinker and a design doer.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level – C1
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Sketch expertise – Figma expertise – Invision expertise – Protopie (a plus)
- Adobe pack expertise.
- Immediate availability
- Able to work out of our Barcelona office
