User Acquisition Specialist: SEM & PPC

Gudog is a p2p marketplace for dog owners and dog sitters (like Airbnb for dogs) operating in Spain, France, UK and Germany. Our mission is to become the reference brand for pet welfare in Europe.

We are looking for a

User Acquisition Specialist to join our Growth team

. Our ideal candidate is a data fanatic who is able to make the most out of every cent spent in our marketing campaigns. He also will either know or will learn how to make clever use of scripts and tools to automate many of the process and optimisation.

You’ll be joining a small multinational team (10 ppl) based in Madrid downtown (next to Puerta del Sol).

Responsibilities

* Create, manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns to acquire dog owners and dog sitters. * Optimize conversion funnels to reduce our CAC and increase our LTV. * Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on analysis. * Scale existing channels (Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). * Develop new paid acquisition channels from the ground up (Search, Display, PPC).

Requirements

* Solid experience managing multi language campaigns in AdWords and Facebook Ads, including re-marketing campaigns. * Solid experience with marketing using online channels (email, in app push, re-targeting). * Advanced use of Google Analytics. * Analytical skills including experience with use of complex and diverse data sources and platforms. * Fluent in English and Spanish.

It would be amazing if you also had previous experience working on a start-up environment and knowledge of some of the following technologies / skills:

* Business Intelligence tools (Metabase, Periscope) * SEO * A/B testing * Email marketing * SQL to query data from our database * Technical skills to automate processes with code and scripts.
