UI/UX Senior Designer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design of all client-specific web content, including with Wordpress solutions in the framework of proposals and caseworkContact for consultant teams on questions regarding the optimal structure of Web contentConstruction of individual client-specific web sites with the use of available content management systems and Web technologies as applicableOptimization of existing content such as text and images for presentation on Web sitesAssurance of consistency in the layout, style, and logical sequence of mobile documentsSelects photography, develops icons and graphics, and coordinates web content productionUse deep knowledge of Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Excel and MS WordBe a design thought partner – understand the context and apply creative layout solutionsCollaboration with proofreading to ensure BCG quality standardsExecute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal directionHost creative briefs that capture the business challenge, build timelines and communicate with clientSupport all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoningPitch creative concepts, mock ups and discuss ideas to internal clientsParticipate in client calls and meetingsMentor junior web/UI designers

JOB REQUIREMENTSPreferable to have a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in graphics and web content design or related field6+ years relevant years of experience in an MNC / Professional services environmentEnglish is a must

KEY COMPETENCIESExcellent knowledge of Wordpress and content management systemsIdeally familiarity with Web technologies (HTML)Knowledge of visual design visual theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography etc.)Expert skill level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) and MuseExperience in simple illustrations and/or digital drawingsExperience in creating conceptual diagramsAdvanced understanding of digital artwork preparation; bleeds, and related color and image operationsInterest in discovering and learning new software solutionsExperience mentoring junior staffB2B experience, deep business language knowledge and experience in a professional services environmentDemonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and backgroundsAbility to flex approach from a design and working style perspective depending on project and client needsConsistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one’s own developmentSharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends
