UI Implementer

We are looking for a UX/UI Implementer who will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application and maintenance of new systems - or to bring existing applications to a new level

ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Implement new user-facing features • Build reusable code for future use • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs• Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

SKILLS• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 • Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS• Client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and AngularJS• Cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates.• Code versioning tools, such as TFS, SVN, Git

FAMILIAR WITH• Presentation patterns, such as, MVC, MVVM, MVP, etc.• Browser testing and debugging• W3C Accessibility guidlines• Bundling tools, such as, Webpack, Grund, Gulp, Node.js• Image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an imageFamiliarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS• Good level of English writing and speaking• Expertise in performance optimization (must?). Speed is main driver. Slower sites converts worse • Working experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanbam, XP) as well as Agile frameworks (Safe, Less)• Continuous improvement passionate• Quick on understanding an idea and seeing the implications for implementation. Ability on prototyping as a way of sharing an idea• be motivated, customer driven individual• have a clear understanding of the concepts of friendly design
