Internship position within the Havas International (HI) hub in Madrid. HI Madrid is responsible for the Spanish clients of the group that communicate at international level and global client with their central team based in Madrid. Current clients belong to various sectors such as: Travel, Food, Hospitality, Energy, Banking, Fashion, etc.
The international team covers the entire scope of media planning and is composed of international media experts, data & research analyst, strategist, etc… consulting for and managing their clients, developing communication strategies, negotiating media proposals, implementing advertising campaigns, producing in-depth analysis on markets, consumers, brands or sector trends.
You will be supporting the international accounts management team at multiple stages of the implementation of the campaign and follow up with supervision of 2 account managers:• media planning• international project coordination• media intelligence and analytical work...and more generally in navigating professionally in a performance driven and international business environment

Main functions and responsibilities with supervision:• Regular contact with Global / Local media vendors to negotiate proposals • Assistance in media Planning: Determinate what is the best combination of media to achieve the marketing campaign goals• Campaign Follow up: set-up key campaign KPIs and advertising campaign follow up end to end• Administrative: Create and manage purchase orders and realize simple follow-up task with internal financial tools
Internship duration: 6 months maximum in accordance to the sector’s regulations. 5 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
Requirement: Being student at the time of the internship as the company is obligated to sign a convention with an education organism.
