Requirements:• At least 10 years experienced in software applications testing.• Knowledge of testing techniques.• Experience in using test management tools and bug tracking and HP ALM, RQM, TestLink, or JiraDesirable:• Knowledge of testing mobile applications• Fluent English.• ISTQB.Certification

In our center we perform functional and performance for different industries and technological platforms tests.The Test Manager defines the strategy and manages test phases reporting to the Project Management. They have a close relationship with the Technical Architects and the Business Analyst.Delivery Responsibilities:- Create and implement Test Strategies- Manage the tests are done on time and on budget and report any deviations.- Review and validation of functional and non-functional requirements (ability to be proven, viability)- Specify requirements relating to test data and test environment required.- Define the test scope, both technical and functional.- Establishment of procedures for the implementation of testing.- Coordinate and manage the test implementation- Assist in the monitoring and analysis of the systems under test.- Communicating deviations from the expected results and monitor the progress of the incidents.- Assist in the identification and resolution of bottlenecks.- Present results and conclusions of the tests.- To support and monitor the work of the test engineers.- Making defect reports and test results.- Keep the documentation of evidence.- Propose improvements to the testing process.Sales Responibilities:- Prepare tenders- Attend client workshops- Create sales material
