Exciting position available for a Technical Product Support Specialist at an innovative banking software company.

The Role -

The Technical Product Support Specialist will serve as a main point-of-contact to the company’s client base for all support-related issues. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer focused service skills and experience in providing technical support. To perform this role successfully, you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where flexibility is necessary. You have a willingness to improve current processes to better handle our growing customer base.

Qualifications -

Excellent written and communication skills in EnglishCustomer service experience Basic knowledge of finance and bankingUnderstanding of basic IT concepts to aide with troubleshootingAbility to adjust to changing priorities and multiple concurrent projectsLanguage, scripting, and coding knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities -

Resolve customer questions about EBANQ and related products, quickly and efficientlyAssist in testing and identifying improvements and new integrations that can add value to our productReproduce technical problems, diagnose causes, identify temporary and long-term solutions, and communicate regular status updates to clientsAbility to present complex technical information to non-technical audiencesAssist with creating system documentation that will benefit the clients, as well as our staffServing as a principal liaison between clients and technical teamBeing detail oriented, punctual, and disciplinedWillingness to temporarily assist with administrative tasks

Working Environment -

Málaga-based candidates preferredCompetitive salary and great office environment in Málaga city centreMonday- Friday 9am - 5:00pm
