We are looking for a talented System Administrator to join our team in Barcelona for one of our projects. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding technical support for the most prestigious customers. This support will be mainly focused on API related topics and networking environments on customer side.

In order to join our team you should be able to follow a logical troubleshooting path, navigate through ambiguous problems, collect relevant information, create a hypothesis and test or reproduce issues without jumping to conclusions. You should be able to perform troubleshooting of systems or applications involving multiple technologies or protocols.

You will be providing technical support to Networking products (such as load balancing, firewall rules, routes, VPN's) and Infrastructure products (such as Windows and Linux Servers, scripts, server configuration)

WHAT YOU WILL GET:

The base salary will be 24.570€ gross a year plus 3.000€ gross a year and 140€ a month as ticket restaurant. Getting a salary increase after a year.

The contract will be 39h a week, working 5 days on a weekly basis (Monday till Sunday), working one weekend a month, being extra paid.

Monday till Friday the shifts will be from 9am to 6pm, and on weekends from 6am to 2pm.

Minimum requirements:

- 100% fluent in English (minimum C1).- European citizenship or work permit in Spain.- Previous experience in system administration.- Familiarity with web protocols (HTTP, TLS, SSL etc).- Understanding of Networking and its protocols.- Solid Operation System knowledge for either Windows or Linux systems.- Familiarity with modern API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs).- Ability to read and understand logs and stack traces.- Ability to research using internal knowledge bases and public facing documentation
