We are looking for a social media specialist. You should have the proven ability and passion to manage large scale strategic social media projects, from concept to execution, as well as report on KPI analysis, then this is the job for you!

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced marketer who can help drive strategic projects on our social media channels. You will be responsible for coming up with creative concepts for large scale campaigns, write exceptional briefs, manage content creation and scheduling, as well as report on campaign impact.

You will work in Málaga at our development studio.

Responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning: Under the direction of the Studio Director, create a strategic social media plan for Formula E, laying out clear achievable objectives in line with the broader corporate franchise marketing strategy, and the game team’s roadmap.

Social Media Project Planning: Own the strategy and conceptualization of large scale social media projects within the wider social media plan. Work closely with our Directors on putting together solid, clear and precise briefs.

Project execution and analysis: Follow campaigns closely, and manage the day to day content on our social media channels. Report on social media KPIs, such as reach, engagement, sentiment, awareness, channel growth, and general social listening.

Media team collaboration: Work closely with the media team to offer them visibility on your activity, as well as share with them insights and community feedback.

Skills to create thrills:

-You have a great passion for new media, and find all aspects of marketing fascinating, especially social media. You fully understand how all the different pillars of marketing work together to deliver a unique experience for our players, and appreciate being part of something bigger. You are highly creative but also enjoy using a mix of strategy, intuition and data analysis in your day to day work.-Minimum of three years of relevant marketing experience, with at least two of them in either media, or consumer facing social mobile apps. Experience within a relevant agency is also welcome.-Proven track record of managing impactful large scale social media campaigns (please be prepared to share some case studies with us).-Proven track record of managing compelling content for all the key social media channels such as Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.-In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, tools and trends.-Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills. -You are a true team player, but can easily work independently.-Superior attention to detail.-Ability to analyze data and identify performance trends.-Experience briefing and negotiating with agencies or clients.
