We’re seeking a social media lover to join our digital marketing team in Valencia (Spain). From this location, you’ll manage the global social media accounts (mainly LinkedIn & Twitter). You’ll be in constant contact with our headquarters in Silicon Valley, as well as with our European offices.

We are now hiring a Social Media Manager to help leverage the industry leaders, world-class entrepreneurs, and top-tier VCs in our ecosystem to improve the awareness of our brand and operations.

The three pillars of our marketing team are: awareness generation, brand value, and lead generation. One of the most valuable assets the candidate must possess is a creative and self-motivated attitude. You will be expected to take full ownership of our social media channels and accountability for the results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define the KPIs and goals of social media activity

· Ability to leverage data tools to perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

· We’re a B2B company working with some of the largest international corporations. But we’re also fresh and entrepreneurial. You should find the perfect voice to reflect that.

· Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

· Have a trained eye for high-quality design and the graphic design skills to execute it

· Coordinate with our Video Manager to tie our video content to social campaigns

· Build, develop, and constantly engage community on social channels

· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily for our main company channels (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)

· Generate personalized content for the social channels of our company’s top executive team

· Collaborate with brand teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews

· Suggest and implement new campaigns to develop brand awareness

· Aid and assist in the execution of successful newsletter campaigns to build audience engagement on different channels

· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

· Proficiency in Photoshop and iMovie or other video editing software

REQUIREMENTS

· Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. C2 level or bilingual (this is key)

· Must be self-motivated; entrepreneurially driven; excited to work in a small team

· Proven work experience as a Social media manager

· Ability to design and create content (text, image, video, and graphics) in Photoshop

· Hands-on experience in content management and marketing

· Excellent and creative copywriting and communication skills

· Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

· Deep knowledge of online marketing channels

· Analytical and multitasking skills
