Qué buscamos:

We are looking for a talented social media specialist who also loves to write content to administer the social media accounts and manage the email newsletter for a luxury travel company. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers.

You will be responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product (villas in Tuscany) by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle the brand's social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement, and to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

Responsibilities

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Write and manage our email newsletterBuild relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalistsCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner Monitor and report on feedback and online reviewsCoordinate with Marketing, PR, sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

Hands on experience using social media for brand awarenessExperience launching community iniciatives (e.g. creating an online forum or writing an email newsletter)An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet themExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image and video)Knowledge of online marketing channelsFamiliarity with web designFluency in English and basic ItalianFamiliarity with Italy in general and Tuscany in particularBSc degree in Turism, Marketing or Journalism
