We are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician for our IT Department.
Responsibilities
- Incident, Problem and Request management via ticketing system.- Hardware / Software troubleshooting and resolution on different OS (Windows 7/8/10, macOS, iOS, Android etc.).- Support new projects / tools implementation and documentation.- Computers and new users set up.- Telephony set up and basic troubleshooting.- Networking basic troubleshooting and patching.
We offer
-Full-time (39 hours/week) position.-Contact: 6 months+6 months+ Indefinite-Salary: from 19000Euros gross/year to 21000Euros gross/year with a variable bonus of 1200Euros gross/year.-Schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00.-Opportunity to grow in an international team.
Requirements
-High level of Spanish and English is a MUST (85% of the users are foreign).-Experience providing support to Windows and Mac OS and typical office software.-Great customer service skills.-Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.-Good communication skills.-At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position would be desirable.-Familiarity with ITILv3 is a plus.-An organized person, capable of managing many tasks, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals.
