Scope, plan, and work on exciting service design projects. Define future customer journeys across channels and touchpoints for some of the world’s leading international brands. Create real business transformation for our clients and redefine their offerings. Present to clients, and develop and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions. Conduct qualitative research using design research techniques. Analyze and synthesize field data to identify main insights. Co-create service solutions with clients, end-users and stakeholders.

We would like you to be...

A skilled service designer with 3+ years of professional experience and an educational background in service design. Professional in your use of service design techniques: value proposition, journey mapping, service specification, blueprinting, testing, etc. Updated on the latest techniques/trends/thinking within your field and ready to share your knowledge and thoughts with both colleagues and clients. An excellent communicator in Spanish (a must have!) and English – with great speaking and writing skills. Able to travel and participate in international projects. Well-versed in business models that challenge traditional ways of service delivery. A team-player with strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
