Position SummaryThe Senior Designer will be responsible for:• Being a design thought partner for the consulting team - Leverages visual story-telling and develops creative ideas and concepts to meet client's objectives• Creating compelling graphic visual solutions including presentations, brochures, story boards, logos, infographics, iconography, posters, data visualizations, corporate communications, banners, mock-ups, sketches, etc.• Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality standards, overseeing design projects from conception to delivery• Working to a brief agreed with the client teams and in compliance with BCG standards

Job Responsibilities• Use deep knowledge of Adobe Suite• Translate business language, processes and more into engaging visual stories• Execute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal direction• Host creative briefs that capture the business challenge, build timelines and communicate with client• Manage diverse creative projects in different media: print, digital and motion• Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning• Pitch creative concepts, mock ups and discuss ideas to internal clients • Participate in client calls and meetings• Mentor Junior Designers

Job requirements• Bachelor's Degree in graphics design or related field with depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques and visual design theory• 6+ relevant years of experience in an Advertising Agency / Design Studio managing teams• Experience in illustrations and/or digital drawings. Experience in digital, including WordPress, Sketch and HTML/CSS is a plus• Knowledge of PowerPoint, interactive PDFs, video and motion graphics is a plus.• Interest in Data Visualization, Artificial Reality and Virtual Reality• Written and oral fluency in English
