Senior Visual Designer - Growth

We are looking for a senior visual designer with strong communication skills to join the Growth team.

You’ll work across all the digital interface projects and you will produce digital creative solutions to address our business needs.

In your work you will strive towards creating something both compelling, beautiful and above all user driven considering messaging, target audience and coherency of the full user journey when designing and creating. We will value experience in innovation methodologies and disciplines (Design Thinking, Research, etc.).

Responsibilities:

- Interpret design briefs to meet business-focused goals- Translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity- Design original pieces including emails, landing pages, infographics, digital ads, site graphics, iconography, - etc.- Create assets for multi-channel user experience (mobile, tablet, desktop)- Collaborating and partnering up with UX Designer- Design and/or optimize existing user journey flows- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure and maintain brand consistency throughout all the projects.- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.

Requirements:

- Proven 7+ years’ experience in a startup, digital business, and/or digital agency- A portfolio of outstanding work- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc ); Sketch, Zeplin and prototyping tools like: Invision, Marvel, etc,.- Experience in digital design, product design, branding and advertising- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes as well as visual design comps- Experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (Web, iOS, Android).- Experience designing for multi-language environments- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills- Extraordinary attention to detail- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently.- Interest in emerging technologies in web, mobile, and other devices is required- Agile / Scrum Experience- Fluent english
