Job Description: Designer

Our team is truly international (9 nationalities) and with champions from the top companies in the education, media, publishing and technology industries.As a Designer, you will report to the CCO and work closely with the Marketing team to support them with the design of sales and marketing materials, including multi-media graphics, collateral, personalized demo platforms event stands, posters and website assets.
Success in this position requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, hands-on, outstanding communication skills, creativity, self-motivation, and experience working with multi-media formats such as images and video.

Your responsibilities will include:● Designing multimedia collateral, social media assets, event stands, flyers, personalized demo sites, client materials, website assets and more
The ideal candidate:● Has 3+ years of experience working as a designer for corporates● Has a strong multi-media portfolio supporting corporate sales and marketing activities● Good working knowledge of Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Acrobat Pro, XD● Is an outstanding communicator in both Spanish and English● Has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter and is willing to do what it takes to deliver● Startup experience and ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines● A keen eye for detail and high-quality design executions.● Ability to interpret a range of design briefs, from hyper-specific to broadly undefined.● Inspires a culture of innovation, execution, collaboration, accountability, positivity and fun
