Senior UX/UI Designer

Mission

From UX-BU unit, will serve as UX-UI Designer on project engagements, translating business needs into effective and attractive solutions that balance business goals, and technological requirements across platforms, with the focus in our customers and users needs (UCD).

In collaboration with researchers, product management, development, marketing, and other team members, participates in the entire life cycle of product development.

You will be part of our Visual Design team, whom creates tools and web app products, documentation, videos or other support materials that help to create the best product or services.

Responsibilities

• Ability to make successful strategic and tactical Design System Ecosystem based on usability findings, our recent works and standard design practices. • Collaborate as a member of an BX team to realize the company vision. • Create and document complex site/application information, user flows, interaction designs and functional prototypes. • Directly responsible for delivering UI design from sitemaps, wireframes, mockups and UI complete definition documents with all the specs and assets ready to work close with develop team (document detailed design solutions).• Facilitate and conduct UX & UI design workshops as internal education (evangelist role)• Work with our internal team to continually refine and evolve our User Experience process.• Report, follow up and closure of projects and issues to your managers. Academic qualifications (degree, major courses, certificates, etc.)• Professional Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent • Master Degree in UX Design or equivalent• Master degree in motion graphics, interaction design, HTML 5, CSS or Front End development (not mandatory)Technical Competencies

Capabilites• It is essential that you have five or more years working as Visual or Graphic Designer experience and -at least- two as UX Designer or master degree in UX Design.• Working experience in an Agile or Lean Team.• Good design-sensibility.• Proficiency in design tools as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and development technologies including accessibility.• Prototyping tools for testing and building as Invision, Marvel or Axure.• UX portfolio with process clearly outline, communicated, and defined.• Experience working with product and marketing teams.• Strong presentation, advocacy and communication skills.• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.• Organized and methodological.• Creative with a solutions-oriented focus.• Familiar with user research and user feedback evaluation.• It must be a plus: knowledge of design motion graphics tools as After effects, Principle, Premiere…• Desirable: experience in branding, events and others off-line solutions
