YOUR BACKGROUND:5+ years of professional experience designing complex responsive mobile/web applicationsSolid education in Visual/Graphic or Interaction designExceptional visual, user interface, prototyping and interaction design skillsStrong understanding of UX & UI best practicesInterested in the future of banking and technology and be able to visualize and design innovative solutionsExperienced in organizing and conducting UX research in its various forms, both in-house and with external agenciesAccomplished at leading client facing workshops to determine where new solutions need to be definedAdvanced knowledge of the Adobe design suite and other tools such as Sketch, Invision and AxureSound knowledge of CSS and HTMLCollaborative and proactive Team Player with experience in working in an Agile EnvironmentRobust personality and ability to self-organize and deal with multiple stakeholdersStrong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and user experience skillsFluent English
