Senior UX/UI Designer

At Badi, we are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI designer who is willing to join a young and passionate Product team with the goal of reshaping the real estate market worldwide! To join our team you will need to demonstrate that you have the talent to come up with distinctive concepts and ideas through effective and beautiful design If you are an ambitious skilled digital designer who is passionate about design, have a great looking portfolio and a good eye for detail – we want to hear from you!As a senior designer, you will be expected to challenge and inspire others, getting the best out of those who work with you and helping to lead our team forward.

Responsibilities:Create wireframes and visual designs for app and website based on research, user behavior and UX best practices. Design different graphic solutions for each functionality.Collaborate with other team members as Motion Designers, UX Writers, Researchers, UX/UI Designers and Product Managers.Make design decisions based on insights over opinions.Translate technical requirements into designs.White board ideas with the Product team to design elegant, functional, well thought out and appealing interfaces.Work closely with developers to make sure that your visual designs are translated perfectly when coded.Constant visual perfectioning of product aspects.

Requirements:Proven UX/UI experience designing app and web.Outstanding portfolio.Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Excellent knowledge of Sketch, Zeplin, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite. Good understanding of user experience and usability. Excellent attention to detail. A thorough understanding of design thinkingExperience understanding wireframes, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideasAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyExperience working in an Agile environmentBeing capable of following through original ideas from concept to the final hand-off to engineering.Positive attitude and a great work ethic.
