Senior UI/UX Designer

Firma is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to work in the Head Office located in Barcelona to start immediately. The ideal candidate should be proactive and have an eye for clean and artful design, possess UI/UX skills and create beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities:Create diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. Design the information architecture, interface, and interaction flow of the web and mobile digital experience. Design new product features - from concept to final design Research for new ideas and look for solutions to complex problems Collaborate with project managers and clients Work with UI/UX designers to implement attractive designs; Work together with developers to implement design ideas;

Requirements:A portfolio and samples of shipped work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered, customer-focused design solutions. 4+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role. Proficiency in English, excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Team player able to solve the problems proactively, creatively and effectively Deep knowledge in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong understanding of usability principles and techniques. Experience with a variety of design tools including Sketch, Adobe suite, Principle, Zeplin and Invision. Experience planning and defining A/B tests. Strong organizational skills Data-driven design mindset
