Senior Systems Technician

We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Technician with native level of Spanish and fluent English for our IT Department.

Main Tasks

·Management of incidents, problems, requests and changes that are escalated from other areas·Management of escalations to external suppliers·Coordination and monitoring of improvements and new implementations·Coordination and assignment of technical tasks·Monitoring and reporting capacity of system and services ·Daily Check List of servers and application's "health" and address proactively any issue or outage. ·Support to Delivery and Logisitc in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and stock control (software and hardware)·Be aware about innovative solutions·Leadership of IT infrastructure projects·Support other IT areas in Requests or Incident management·Support other areas to document the design of services and new clients·Provide information about infrastructures, applications and systems to the Service Desk·Report to the IT Management on problems or capacity constraints·Ensure that designed solutions provide the needed technologies, tools and skills·Testing of new services, changes or other developments in IT·Physical installation of equipment in technical rooms or data centers

We offer

- Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract - Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 - Salary: 24.000Euros gross/year with possibility to increase up to 27.000Euros gross/year after the trial period + up to 1.200Euros gross/year in bonus - Opportunity to grow in an international environment

Requirements

- Native level of Spanish with fluent English- 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position- Proved Active Directory Knowledge - Proved SAN, NAS Storage Systems Knowledge - Proved Linux Servers Knowledge - Proved Cloud Computing Knowledge (Azure) - Proved VMWARE Virtualization Knowledge - Proved Exchange Servers Knowledge - MCSA Desirable - Immediate availability
