Senior SEM Specialist

We are looking to hire a Senior SEM Specialist to join our Acquisition team in our head offices in Madrid. The role will be to develop our activities across multiple channels, such as PPC, Social Media, Affiliates, etc. while also working with other teams to improve site conversion rate to reach our objectives and targets. Working in multiple Spanish markets, the role is perfect for an enthusiastic and analytical specialist who wants to develop their skills in a fast paced environment and growing mobility company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating PPC Accounts & Campaigns: keyword development, ad copy writing, etc.• Managing accounts: optimization of several accounts, handling budgets and assessing performance to achieve targets and goals.• Continuously monitoring, developing and growing existing accounts across several channels.• Developing new seasonal/promotional offers and optimizing landing pages.• Keeping up to date with best practices and tools in paid search.• Creating briefings for creatives (cooperating with our Design team).• Updating Weekly & Monthly reporting and Ad Hoc reports (test, on-demand, analysis, etc.)

Skills & Experience:

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, e-business, economics or statistics• Must have previous experience in the car rental industry or travel industry • Minimum of 5 years experience in Online Advertising managing medium to large PPC Accounts and budgets in the travel sector• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail.• Excellent computer application skills, including proficiency with Excel and good knowledge of Google Analytics.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.• Action orientated, can work under pressure.• Google AdWords Certified Professional.• Ideally has experience working with AdWords scripts.
