Senior Project Manager

Madrid based (Spain), with availability to travel abroad (mainly to Switzerland).

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will take on the management of a key international client project, with the goal of delivering it on time, within budget and within scope. Organization and an attention to detail are essential, and proven working experience in Ad Agencies and/or Audiovisual & Digital Production project management is highly valuable.

Main Responsibilities:

– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of a project.

– Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.

– Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

– Align and articulate the link between creative work and strategic foundations and insights.

– Ensure resource availability and allocation.

– Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

– Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

– Identify, track, escalate and help solve project issues, conflicts and problems.

– Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

– Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

– Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

– Oversee the accounting, costing and billing: support Finance Team on financial reporting, invoicing and debt collection.

Must Have:

– 7+ years of proven working experience in project management, preferably in the Creative /Audiovisual & Digital / Communications sectors. We are looking for someone who is confident and comfortable with the demands this role will require from the very start.

– Solid organizational and analytical skills. Meticulous about attention to details.

– A sense of ownership for everything they deliver. This requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a lot of autonomy, and an ability to set aside their egos and build something amazing.

– Team-player that engages with the entire team on a strategic level.

– Fluent Spanish and English. French is a bonus.
