Design, format, and edit expert level presentations, surveys and other compelling graphic design pieces across a diverse range of projects and subjectsSelects photography, develops icons and graphics, and coordinates final print productionUse deep knowledge of Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign.Be a design thought partner - understand the context and apply creative layout solutionsTranslate business language, processes and more into engaging visual storiesExecute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal directionHost creative briefs that capture the business challenge, build timelines and communicate with clientSupport all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoningPitch creative concepts, mock ups and discuss ideas to internal clientsParticipate in client calls and meetingsMentor Junior Designers

Bachelor's Degree in graphics design or related field5+ years relevant years of experienceEnglish is a must. (the communication will be in English most of the time)Knowledge of visual design visual theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography etc.)Expert skill level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)Experience in simple illustrations and/or digital drawingsExperience in creating conceptual diagramsAdvanced understanding of digital and print ready artwork preparation; bleeds, and related color and image operationsExperience mentoring junior designers
