Your work will have high impact and high visibility, shaping how data is consumed across all departments.
What you’ll work on
• Owning and evolving our data analytics and BI ecosystem (Metabase, Superset, Power BI)
• Acting as the bridge between Tech and Finance, translating technical data into business-ready insights
• Defining, maintaining, and owning company-wide metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards
• Designing, improving, and documenting data models, tables, and schemas in MySQL
• Improving data flows, transformations, and reliability in collaboration with Engineering
• Ensuring consistency and trust in numbers used by Finance, Marketing, Ops, Directors, and Leadership
• Supporting teams with dashboards, deep-dive analyses, and ad-hoc requests
• Identifying data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and structural problems, and fixing them
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Data Analyst who is autonomous, engineering-savvy, and comfortable working close to production systems.
You enjoy owning data end-to-end, from how it is structured and generated to how it is consumed by the business. You can speak both “engineering” and “finance”, and you’re motivated by bringing clarity, alignment, and trust to company-wide data.
Need to have
• Solid experience as a Data Analyst in a production environment
• Strong SQL skills and deep familiarity with MySQL
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase, Superset, Power BI or similar)
• Experience defining and owning metrics, KPIs, and reporting logic
• Good understanding of data modeling, schemas, and data consistency
• Engineering mindset; comfortable working with existing databases and building new structures from scratch
• Ability to detect, debug, and fix data issues and inefficiencies
• Familiarity with finance concepts, metrics, and business terminology
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and continuous-learning attitude
Nice to have
• Experience working closely with Finance teams or financial reporting
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Basic backend or scripting experience (e.g. Python)
• Experience in high-growth or high-traffic environments
• Experience helping multiple departments converge on a single source of truth
