JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a qualified Community manager with leadership and management skills to join our team. We would like to meet you! This person will lead a team focused on delivering the KPI’s and creating specific content for the project.Our ideal candidate has exceptional visual and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great community management skills with the ability to moderate online conversations with our community.Ultimately, you should be able to embody our Community on our corporate social media platform, meet your KPI's following the global strategy and manage its community communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Liaising with the client.- Leading and managing the project.- Setting and implementing social media and internal communication strategy on corporate social media.- Planning and coordinating the execution of the strategy.- Providing engaging text, and ideas for image and video content for social media.- Responding to comments and community queries in a timely manner.- Monitoring and reporting on comments and conversations generated within the community.- Organizing and participating in online activations to build community and boost awareness within the company.- Coordinating with different teams and stakeholders inside and outside the company to ensure strategic consistency.- Build relationships with our target and advocates.- Stay up-to-date with financial and innovation trends, as well as on-going researcher for new techs, social media functionalities and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven 4-5 year work experience as a community manager.- Leadership and project management skills.- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. launching ambassadors, working with influencers).- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics, including website analytics.- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese will also be valued positively. - Hands on experience with social media management for brands and/or internal communications.- Ability to roll out a plan in order to hit targets and to interpret your KPI's and other indicators as website traffic and engagement metrics.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Curiosity and gift of words are key.- Any skills on video and image edition will be considered.- Availability to on site work 2-3 days a week in Boadilla del Monte.
