Job description:
We are looking for an "Art Director” to support our Creative Department in the creation of all designs and creative activities, in accordance with the brand vision.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Instagram visual mock-up • Produces art layouts by developing art concepts• Manage team members • Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposal• Work with the account team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management• Coordinate and direct photo shoots • Be in touch constantly with the digital team to deliver the needs for the website, social media • Direct the design team in order to deliver the right work • Instagram story creation in help with the design team • Various Graphic design in order to keep the branding an aesthetics of the brand in line • Design ad’s for digital channels• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Required skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design or a relevant field• Proven experience of 5 years as art director or creative director• Proven experience of 3 years within an agency environment• Background in Keynote, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and Animate• Coordination• Creativity• Vision• Graphic design skills• Developing creative standards• Proficiency with illustrator tools• Desktop publishing skills• Multimedia content development

• Availability to work in our offices based in Marbella• 40 hours a week• 30.000€ gross/year salary + incentives
