Leading multinational company - end client (industrial company) is looking for a SAP Basis Administrator for their office in Galicia The role: The person is responsible for the management of the SAP Environment, including configuration, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of the SAP Technical environment on an ongoing basis. He/she is responsible for the superior performance and behaviour of all SAP technical functions, such as transport, performance, business continuity, upgrades and proper maintenance. He/she person is also responsible of maintaining a high-performance level (within the agreed SLA) from the vendors participating in the SAP technical functions. Knowledge Required:SAP Basis Qualifications Solid Experience in Microsoft SQL Server. Experience in SAP migration projects Experience in Solution Manager Implementation. Process and workflow definition. Project management skills. Experience in SAP Cloud, SAP on Cloud, SAP on Cloud Services and SAP on HANA (desirable). SAP Change & Release Management. Desirable experience on ChaRM (desirable) English: B2 minimum, C1 desirable. Strong communication skills Acerca de la posición
The responsibilities:Evaluation and design of interfaces between SAP and external systems. Maintenance of the SAP Data Dictionary and database objects. Analysis, Development Management and Maintenance of Data Architectures and SAP Process Models. Key function is the proper generation, maintenance and review of current and future documentation of the existing SAP environment and work with IT and business units to modernize the SAP environment. Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly. Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance. Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability. Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies. Monitor all SAP systems Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades. Apply and migrate SAP maintenance through all systems using a structured methodology. Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces Implement new functionalities or make requested changes by business in SAP within Basis area. Support rest of SAP area during monthly and annual closing and any mayor business process. Gather business requirements and translate to SAP functional and technical design and when appropriate build and test the solution and coordinate with business user testing and user acceptance test. Manage and deliver assigned SAP Basis changes When appropriate manage and lead SAP Basis projects either delivery with internal and/or external resources following the methodologies, policies and procedures.
