Role responsibilities - Develop, improve and evolve our main SaaS product.- Work with your fellow team members to develop new features.- Write great code and improve current one, using best software development practices. Who are we looking for - You have 2+ years experience in developing web products in production, specially SaaS.- You enjoy finding simple solutions to complex problems.- You enjoy writing clean, elegant code following OOP principles.- You have working experience with the Ruby on Rails stack and the most common libraries. - You use TDD/BDD on your daily practice.- You feel comfortable in agile environments: CI, code reviews, pair programming, git workflows. - ¿Are you full-stack? Great! Otherwise, you are a backender not afraid of entering the front-end realms.- Any experience in ML, data science and recommendation systems will be appreciated. We have ongoing development in this area and your are welcome to learn. - You hold a degree and/or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. This is not mandatory provided you have the experience.- Spanish and English. - You have an open minded, collaborative, positive attitude. - Overseas applicants: We're ideally looking for people to work in our office in Madrid. However there is the potential for relocation/visa for senior candidates from Europe and the Americas.
