ROLE

As part of the McCann Worldgroup Services Department, the Project Manager/ Account Manager Jr will play a central role in the business and will be pivotal to the smooth running of accounts. The successful candidate will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and be responsible for assist the management team in projects from brief to final delivery on time and budget. You will be client focused and have good communication skills as well as organisation and time management skills, to manage both your clients and internal departments whilst always focusing on delivery, quality, process and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering• Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process• Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes• Build strong day to day relationships with clients and agency stakeholders - communication is key• Demonstrate ability to write, prepare documents and presentations• Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and Agencies) • Check all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients• Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations• Support Account Director in developing proposals for any new revenue opportunities• Act as a brand/QC guardian – support and ensure brand guidelines/QC checklists and procedures are followed• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on contracted rates and ensure all estimates are approved by AD

EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

• Fluent oral and written English• Experience working with international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders • Experience working in broadcast and digital/print production• Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure• Interpersonal and communication skills• Highly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactive• Excellent team player/networker• Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote
