The Project Manager will be responsible for the effective management of client projects.
We are looking for someone proactive, highly organized and customer-focused to smoothly run day-to-day affairs and ensure customer satisfaction. You need to be capable of working across several clients and projects simultaneously, juggling the day-to-day work in order to meet client deadlines, keeping everything on track with an impeccable attention to detail.
Your key responsibility will be to ensure that work progresses through the internal processes to meet deadlines and know the job status on a day-to-day basis.
As a great relationship manager, you will keep your clients up to date and happy. As a team player, you will work effectively with creative and production teams and suppliers to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
Other duties will include checking creative work, coordinating shipping and logistics, reporting and other administrative tasks.
You will need to confidently communicate with international customers so it is essential that you have a very high level of English, both written and spoken. You will also need to have a good level of Spanish to be able to communicate with creative team, suppliers and other parties.
You need to have a good command of Microsoft Office tools and general computer skills. Although not essential, knowledge of graphic design tools would be helpful, as well as social media. A background in marketing or project management would also be helpful, but is not essential. The main requirements are a proven ability to organize, stick to deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
