Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Video Game Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product, adapting customer and licensors requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and development departments, to ensure goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
The product manager is expected to:- Creating integral marketing plans in collaboration with development department.- Define the product strategy and roadmap.- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.- Coordinating product schedules and timelines.- Run alpha and beta stage with early products and demo samples.- Understanding “customer needs” to provide a competitive advantage.- Innovation – ability to create and develop new ideas.- Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
Additional Requirements:- 2 years experience as a Product Manager.- Fluent spoken and written English.- Effective communication skills, in order to communicate with people from other areas of the company.- Excellent teamwork skills.- Experience in creating and managing budgets.- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.- Video games market knowledge.- Knowing to use different types of programs and tools such as business process management software, task management software, workflow management software or project collaboration software for teams.- Basic design skills.- Basic knowledge of website and digital tools. (Digital Marketing tools).
