We are looking for a highly motivated "Communications & Social networks professional" based in our headquarters in Valencia. You need to enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be very result-oriented. Come and join a team where your impact count!

You'll be writing and creating al sort of communications for our Partners. You'll be our Mr Jeff's voice and help expanding our brand through all of our customers, Partners and Social networks.

What will you do? Role highlights - Assist our Partners community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards- Be on the front lines of the workflow and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends and the impact of changes to all of our Partners.- Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall Partner experience.

Required Experience/Skillls:- At least 2 years working creating online content & managing Social Networks.- Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly; keen eye for detail also required.- Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse, talented team - Proactive & autonomus
