Motion Graphic Designer

At Glovo, our Digital Marketing team is looking for a Marketing design assistant to support our global UA and retention efforts with creating outstanding creatives.

The Motion Designer will work directly with the design and digital marketing team which is key drivers of growth at Glovo.

Graphic designers work directly with the Marketing Department which is one of the key departments at Glovo: you will be directly working on educating, creating and demonstrating the value that Glovo has for the user. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities and with strong attention to detail, who can find creative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:Create advertising creatives for all acquisition channels (social and display networks) Create all standard mobile ad formats (interstitials, banners, stories)Create video ad creatives (standard mobile and social story formats)Collaborate and coordinate with all internal stakeholders from design to marketing teams.

Requirements:Availability to start as soon as possibleKnowledge of Adobe CC : Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and After effectsDetermined to get things done: no job is too big or too smallComfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast paceAbility to work with tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills both oral and verbal in Spanish and English
