PlayGround + is our department dedicated to generating vídeo news for our english anglo saxon audience. We are looking for a creative and inspirational person that brings into the team the capability of translate scripts and ideas into audiovisual pieces for social media. Responsibilities:

- Leading the video production of the team.- Investigate and develop interesting topics. - Check the press and social media every day. - Propose topics for the Video News english audience.- Develop the topics and narratie lines with the editors. - Edit Playground pieces and create the motion and animations. - Search video material for the editing. - Direct videos with shootings. - Color correction.- Helping create creative concepts through brainstorming.- Be connected with the digital communication tendencies and media. - Work the strategy of the department. - Be aligned with the editorial voice. Key Capacities:

- A deep understanding and knowledge of digital media news.- Entrepreneurial creativity.- Sharp analytical mind.- Excellent communicator able to engage and win people for ideas and strategies.- Solid and flexible planner and organizer.- Excellent team worker.

Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English in writing and speaking. Preferred Qualifications:

- Native english or high proficiency level speaking and writting. - Studies in journalism, cinema, advertisement. - High Level of Premiere.- High Level of After Effects.- Artistic profile.- Capability to work under pressure.
