Motion Designer - Madrid · London

This is Gildenford, a digital agency creating memorable products for people. We are a new studio focused on product design, user experience, digital strategy and creative development.

We use motion design to improve usability and make the user’s experience memorable. As a Motion Designer, it’s your goal to apply your passion for animation to simplify complex interactions and solve challenging design problems.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the motion design language for our products.• Provide patterns, best practices and guidance on animation and transitions for different devices and platforms including web and mobile.• Collaborate with UX designers incorporating motion into their work to enhance interactivity.• Base: 70% Madrid 30% London.

Minimum qualifications:

• Design: Visual, Digital, UX, UI• Portfolio of work• 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of basic principles of animation.• Ability to use motion to a narrative effect and understanding the future of interactive motion.• Ability to fuse creativity and code to deliver cutting edge interactions.• Excellent communication, presentation, conceptual, interpersonal and analytical skills.
