Mid Visual Designer

With fresh content every week, we are helping more than 6M families and their children around the world learn English in a fun and effective way. But we don't just rest on our laurels, and we want to take our service and platform to the next level and and speed up it and this is the reason why we need grow the Design Team for product with a Mid Visual Designer.

THE COMPANY We’re reinventing early childhood education through an online language learning service for kids. With fresh content - games, books, videos, interactive episodes, etc - every week, we are helping more than 6M families and their children around the world learn English in a fun and effective way. Our dream is to have a positive impact on 100M families and we’re working hard to make it a reality. Our talented team of product designers, software engineers, and content producers tweak and improve our product daily, while incorporating feedback from our customers.

THE POSITION As a Mid Visual Designer, you will help the Design Team to solve all the design tasks related to new features, creating, maintain and managing assets, propose visual solutions to the product and growth team and help them to set new A/B tests and then implementing the success results. Specifically you will work on:

* Create visual assets and screens for differents situations: app core team, website, printed materials, mockups, etc. * Assist the Head of Design to keep updated the Design System and solve UX proposals in terms of visual design and keep providing a strong consistency. * User centered UX and UI and align the design to the product roadmap Support from Visual Design perspective the growth team experiments

YOU * Have 4+ years experience as a designer with different products and requirements * Nail the ABCs of design, purpose, and flair * Have some experience on solving interaction problems * Are able to make things easy to understand and delightful to use * Are experienced doing quick iterations and hi-fidelity prototypes while still having the ability to produce big ideas in a changing environment * Are highly autonomous; Strong decision-making and execution with imperfect information * Have a high motivation to learn and grow
