Marketing Specialist

Job brief• Reporting to the Management, this person will be responsible for the general organization and implementation of assigned marketing projects.• Excellent writing and language skills in English are a MUST.• You are a team player who is creative, innovative, inspiring and accountable. • You have at least three years of work experience in Marketing, Market Research and Social Media.• A working experience in the US Market or LATAM market will be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities• Serve as a contact between Management, Marketing, Sales and Clients• Manage social media strategy for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube) ***• Presentation creation when instructed*** • Responsible for all brand communication and marketing projects• Organization and graphic support to develop new catalogues, brochures, flyers etc; ensuring that literature are continually up-dated. • Provide general web support to update, develop new areas, or work on additional projects.• Provide general support on organization of trade shows and other events. Dealing with the trade show organization, preparation of materials, literature & graphics support and transport.• Support marketing decisions, design plans and overall strategic planning.• Create and design media imagery to support campaigns or events. • Contribute in additional marketing projects including offline activities such as events, fairs and promotions.• Budget management

Requirements• Excellent/Native level of English is a must.• You have a solid background or proven experience in Marketing (3-4 years).• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Power Point. • You are self-starter, dynamic and pro-active.• You have a creative and innovative thinking, aware of current trends and future technologies and channels. • You have the hunter attitude and are result and target driven. • You are a real team player and contribute to a positive work environment. • You are flexible and open-minded.
