At Domestika we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager (Native English).

As Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the planning, execution and delivery of campaigns and actions of the Domestika Marketing department in all markets. You will be part of the Marketing Operations team and will work with the teams alongside Digital Marketing, Growth, and Content, among others.

What does a Marketing Project Manager do at Domestika?

• You propose the themes, actions, and promotional calendars for Domestika's communication channels (marketing) taking into account seasonality, affinity with each market, and capabilities of each marketing channel.• For each campaign, you define the messages and the promotional structure for each communication channel together with the channels, pricing, and content teams.• You coordinate all stages of the process from the brief creation, development, production, and coordination between teams, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and with a high level of quality.• You are at the service of the rest of Marketing areas to streamline the needs and communication between teams and thus be able to carry out promotional actions.• You work transversally with the various teams within Domestika such as: design, media, product, and the different marketing areas (paid, affiliates, social media, seo, etc.), being able to identify opportunities for process improvement to speed up and reduce times of workflow.• You analyze seasonality and specific dates in markets where Domestika is present to create advertising campaigns.• You define the KPIs that are sought in each action and define the affinity of the action by channels, country, etc.• You analyze the results of campaigns by advertising channels, markets, type of campaign / message and market to get relevant insights and decide whether or not to repeat actions.

Requirements:

• Native English.• Advanced Spanish level. Portuguese is a plus.• 3 years or more of experience planning and managing Marketing campaigns with a minimum of 2 years in ecommerce companies or agencies.• Excellent Project Manager and uses tools (Trello, Monday, Asana ...) for coordination with different teams.• Valuable experience in catalog management.• Extremely structured, organized, and capable of designing and improving processes, anticipating the needs of the organization.• Analytical skills and knows how Google Analytics works.• Attention to detail so that the campaigns run correctly.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
