Marketing, Design, and Operations Assistant

ALBA Study Abroad in Barcelona is a small and dynamic study abroad program (accredited by Portland State University in the United States), that offers classes and internships in a rich variety of subjects and fields to university students, most of whom usually come from U.S. and Canadian institutions.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing and Operations Assistant with design experience to join our team. This position is part-time for 20 hours/week (Monday through Friday) + up to approximately 5 hours/week to assist students, as needed, off-hours. 

The ideal candidates:

-Will have training and experience with WordPress, graphic design, social media, marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics or other analytical platforms. -Are high energy, outgoing self-starters who are able to solve problems both independently and with the team. -Are interested in working with students on social media projects.-Are able to move around Barcelona sporadically with and without students. -Have a flexible schedule. -Are available to assist students outside of office hours, as needed, on an on-call basis.-Must have a very high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish. -Must be familiar with Barcelona  Must live in or near the Barcelona city center
