Responsibilities
Operations:
- Buy products that are essential for our company’s events all over Europe. - Successfully manage shipping and distribution operations to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. - Keep a positive, motivated attitude towards work and tasks assigned. - Identify problems and provides recommendations and solutions. - Liaise with different departments to guarantee successful marketing communication.
Design and Video:
- Capability to develop creative event designs for small and large scale events (using internal basic templates) - Support the video crew for accurate video production - Assist our Social Media Manager on the creation of images for social posts
